In 2005 he was part of a team trained by world-renowned Cultural Engagement Specialist Paul Obinna. That team won the Queen's award for excellence in service to the community. This award was presented on behalf of HM Queen of England by Prime Minister Tony Blair.  


Since then Mark McAuley has worked in many facets of education and on several different continents supporting parents, teachers, and children.  His roles have included Principal, Curriculum coordinator and Mentor.


His ability to adapt and implement strategies to resolve a cross-section of issues in areas such as managing the change of school culture, teacher training and child safeguarding have given him a track record of success.
